All activities in Scouting require approval by the district team (POR 9.1.2). Pro-forma approval is given for activities taking place inside Croydon, which do not require a permit holder, and where a termly programme or similar has previously been submitted to the district programme or 14-24 teams.

Activities which take place outside of Croydon, or require an Adventurous Activities Permit must be notified here.
NB: Activities taking place as part of a Nights Away or Visit Abroad do not need a separate activity notification.
